Refund and Returns Policy

At Gifts From Earth, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.

Returns & Eligibility

At this time, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for assistance:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused whenever possible
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item may be required for review

Please note:

  • Opened or used products are generally non-returnable
  • Herbal and consumable products cannot be returned for safety and compliance reasons
  • We do not accept returns due to customer preference or change of mind.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.), we will cover any applicable return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Kacey@giftsfromearth.com, with your order number, photos of the item if applicable, and a brief description of the issue. We will provide instructions for completing the return process.
